Before any product is ready to leave our premises, it has to undergo strict quality inspections - because only a happy customer is a long-term customer. (And we all know what a hassle it is if something doesn't work as it should.)

Nevertheless, it is inevitable that sometimes, products are sent back. Particularly since in home-shopping, a very generous return policy is applied, making it even more important to handle customer complaints and warranty claims as quickly and customer-friendly as possible. At GMS, we do not regard this part of the business as a necessary evil but as an additional chance to restore customer satisfaction.
